I wanted to let you now how pleased I am after recently having your company perform the digital inventory on my home. I am always particular about having anyone come into my home for services. I quickly realized that having the inventory professionally done was the right decision.

The inventory was done in a very timely, methodical manner and encompassed things that I would not have thought of if I was doing it myself. For example, clothing and shoes would probably not been on my list. I would have thought more along the lines of furniture, electronics, appliances, etc. Another example was the inventory of one of my hall closets. The total value of items in one closet was astounding when, again, I probably would not have thought to open the door on my own. The thought of not recovering that in event of loss prior to the inventory is distressing. In fact, the value of my total inventory was over $100,000.00 from what I would have estimated in event of loss. I have comfort in knowing that I can produce a comprehensive and accurate report of everything I have put hard earned dollars into and recover in event of a loss.

My sister suffered a total loss from a fire a few years ago. On the spot, she had to produce an inventory of possessions and they settled the claim. Months and even more than a year afterwards, she was realizing all the items that she did not think about in the midst of crisis and did not collect on. Once the claim was signed off on, that was it....no more money. It was a horrible way to learn a valuable lesson. Your service meets the need and can eliminate further loss on top of a similar disaster.

I was also impressed with the fact that the service is handled confidentially and once the disks are prepared and delivered to me, the information is destroyed. Also, there is the option to update my disks in the future with new purchases. I am so impressed with your service that I am giving it to my mother and father for Christmas instead of buying them "stuff". I cannot think of a better value in a gift for such a nominal price; not to mention the peace of mind.
