Our Process
Our service provides a powerful tool that aids in Insurance, Financial and Estate planning. Our process can give a very in depth description of your personal assets. This description is broken down into three major areas.
The
first a detailed description of your home and property
including multiple images. The
second, a full inventory of the items in your home including
digital photos and information about each item.
The information would include serial numbers and purchase
price. The
third area is for personal information. For instance, whom
your insurance is with and policy numbers. Also included
is beneficiary information to aid in the execution
of a Will.
We come to you!
We go throughout your home with you recording your inventory and taking digital photos of your belongings.
Your personal home inventory is stored on CD-ROM and is password protected to limit access to only authorized users. The data is displayed using our custom made software.
We provide you with three copies of your personal
home inventory.

for your home

for a safe deposit box
And
one for your Insurance agent
The information contained on your custom CD-ROM is compiled and categorized into printable reports for informed decision making and asset valuation. These reports can help you save money by showing you how much insurance is needed and will save you time if you ever need to file a claim should a disaster such as a fire, flood or tornado occur.
